About TANSEEQ
TANSEEQ operates tanseeq.app, a pre-launch website for guided occasion planning in Bahrain. This notice covers the website, host waitlist, partner registrations, and messages you send us.
The details we collect
The host waitlist asks for your email address. Partner registration asks for your business name, business type (including a description if you choose Other), commercial registration (CR) number, email, contact number, and permission to contact you. If you share additional details, such as your name or occasion preferences, we store those with your registration.
How we use your details
We use your information to manage the waitlist, send a registration confirmation, contact you about launch or partner next steps, and reply to your questions. Our team receives your registration details at hello@tanseeq.app. CR details support the review of partner interest. We do not sell registration data.
The services that help us
Vercel hosts the website and handles its signup endpoint. Supabase stores registrations and email delivery records. Resend handles transactional email delivery. Information needed to operate these services may be processed outside Bahrain. Access to registration records is restricted to the backend and our authorised team. Google Drive stores a restricted team copy of registrations, kept up to date through Codex.
Preferences and technical information
We store your language preference on your device. Your chosen language is also submitted with your signup so we can respond appropriately. Hosting and email services process technical information, such as IP addresses, request logs, and delivery status, to run the site, prevent abuse, and troubleshoot failures.
Keeping and removing information
We keep registration information while managing pre-launch interest and partner enquiries. You can ask to access, correct, or delete your information, or stop receiving launch updates, by emailing hello@tanseeq.app. We may retain limited records where needed for security or legal obligations.
